Visa Requirements:

  1. Passport:

Original Passport with validity of minimum six months.

  1. Photo Specification:

Two recent photographs with matt paper 60-80% face coverage, white background (Size: 33 mm x 48 mm).

  1. Covering-Letter:

Covering Letter from applicant name, designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of China, Dhaka.

  1. Invitation Letter: 

An invitation letter issued by a relevant entity approved by the Local Government of China (Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit)

  1. Forwarding-Letter:

Forwarding Letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number,purpose and duration of visit.

  1. Proof of Occupation:
    1. Company registration certificate (original notarized English translated)
    2. Office ID card copy & Visiting cards.
  2. Financials:
  3. a)Company’s or Personal Bank Statement for last six months .
    b)Salary slip for the last six months. (If Any)
